Just wanted to let you know we received our parts and were thrilled with the ease of your website and fast shipment. We have two used pinball machines and have had trouble getting anyone to service them. We took things apart ourselves and (hopefull)y with your parts should be up and playing by Thanksgiving!! We have a 1967 Gottlieb's Royal Guard pinball machine.( I have made all the lights work except the cluster that tells you which ball is in play and one side light) In the 12 years I have owned the game we play it at least 3 times a week. The rubber rings get worn and I have replaced them before. The rubber rings I received from you are superior to the ones I bought elsewhere(the other ones were probably old since they yellowed and cracked almost immediately). I received the replacement rings that I ordered this morning at 11:30AM. By 12:15 my wife and I were playing the machine. The rings were perfect and the service was wonderful. We enjoyed dealing with a company that performs as good as yours. We placed our order on 6-11-07 and received our package 6-14-07. I will pass on your business cards to my friends who also have pinballs.

I received my order in good shape and have installed most of the items and
consumed the edibles, (nice touch). The machine is working well now, it was a pleasure doing business with K&K. I am sure you'll be hearing from me again as there are still other items that need sprucing up on the machine as I gain a more thorough understanding of this machine.
